Ciutadella de Menorca

Ciutadella de Menorca, we only visited the town for a few hours, but definitely is worth more attention.

We loved its atmosphere of medieval streets with beautiful houses and other buildings, loaded with great cafeterias, restaurants, local artisan galleries and shops.

You can overlook the beautiful port from the high banks of the town centre or make a nice stroll along boats moored at the port.

Visited in late October when tourist traffic is much lower, and not so hot (still nice 25 Celsius degree) and most businesses and attractions still open.

Ciutadella is located in the westernmost part of Menorca island, former capital of the island and its second-largest town.

Definitely, is not to be missed when you visit Minorca.
